Please note that the list of events that can be booked by accompanying persons of conference participants has been published on the ICC-2025 conference website. All events are also listed in the conference online store and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Below is the list of events (indicating the accompanying fee) for those wishing to join:
"Ice-breaker" reception during registration, Sunday, July 13, 17:00 — €35 (VAT included);
Bus tour to Kilkenny and Wicklow, Monday, July 14, 08:20-18:00 — €55 (VAT included). Participants will join the tour offered by "Wild Rover Tours" in a shared vehicle;
Bus tour to the Giant's Causeway, Wednesday, July 16, 08:00-19:00 — €90 (VAT included). Please check in advance if you need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to travel to Northern Ireland;
Bus tour to the Platin cement plant followed by a visit to Trim Castle and the Bective Mill & Armoury, Wednesday, July 16, 09:00-18:00 — €50 (VAT included);
Conference farewell banquet, Thursday, July 17, 19:30 — €45 (VAT included). Please note that this price is subsidized by the conference to encourage participation.
In addition, accompanying persons are invited to join the morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks for free!
